Search engines and AI systems change frequently. For that reason, we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, citations, or inclusion in AI answers. We focus on increasing probability through best-practice implementation.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of pre-existing templates, frameworks, reusable code patterns, and methodologies. Upon full payment, you may use delivered work products for your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, revenue, business, or goodwill). Our total liability in connection with services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Payments and refunds

• Fees: Fees and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
• Refunds: If work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case based on delivered milestones.
• Late payment: We may pause work until overdue invoices are paid.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat non-public business information you share as confidential, and you agree to treat our non-public deliverables similarly, unless disclosure is required by law or you provide written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory local consumer rights apply.
